Freddie’s, an old-school hot dog cart, has been a Boulder institution for over 40 years. Since 1997 it’s been run by a guy from Philly named Mike. He’s a real character – always quick with a joke, or thoughts about your favorite football team. Or anything, really. It makes a visit as much about his colorful personality as getting a bite to eat.
